The hosts of the specialist congress are the information service Search Engine Watch. SES is held annually in various cities – alongside London and Munich, SES will be also held in New York, Toronto, Miami, San Jose and Chicago, and stands as the global leading event in the field of search engine marketing and optimization.

Well-known experts in the field and search engine operators will present the current state of the art, presenting trends and strategies. On the agenda are again many interesting presentations. These include optimal web design for search engines, as demonstrated by new players and older participants. Lecture themes also cover the behavior of search machine users, paid search results and AdWords, about links in websites and the issue of click fraud. The issue of search engine spam is also addressed. And of course local search, which will be front-and-center in two presentations. Aspects such as new ways for the search engine operators to reach local target groups, and about search tactics.
