telegate AG has integrated a customer-rating tool in both of its online directories 11880.com and klicktel.de. With the new function “Who knows the best?”, results are sorted according to their given stars. An with just a click, user reviews can be read.
Another practical feature is that users can search in a specific branch for the top-rated providers. According to telegate, there are about 400,000 recommendations available in Germany. Over a live interface, the portals are together with cooperative partners like docinsider.de or restaurant-kritik.de, which means even more user ratings. Anyone can join in on the ratings, they just have to click on the stars in the item, give a rating, and after a short email registration, send their comments. Users can then share their search results via the Facebook like button. The recommendation function is also available on the 4.7 version of the mobile apps from klicktel.de and 11880.com.
