Meinestadt.de Now Featuring Ratings

The city portal Meinestadt.de now has a ratings function integrated in its local online directory. Users can now distribute stars and post comments for every entry. The new function is an important addition for users as well as customers that have postings in the directory, according to the company’s comments.
Meinestadt.de wants to develop a stronger tie between businesses and their customers with the new rating option. The companies in question receive instant notification as soon as they receive a new rating, meaning they can respond immediately. All directory customers will receive an advisory about customer ratings, according to a press release. Meinestadt.de wants to make the entire process more simple and help businesses win new customers thanks to positive ratings.
