The World, and How It Sees Bing

Wow…finally something that location-based freaks’ dreams are made of: you zoom over a map in your city, your neighborhood, your street, your favorite bar, you take a look at the types hanging around, get information about the drinks or about the pictures hanging on the wall, etc. etc. This is exactly what Bing is offering with its new feature which has lovelessly been dubbed “Read/Write World”, running on a new programming language called RML – Reality Markup Language – this should put just about anything that can be localized together in an easy and elegant manner: whether it be photos, videos, maps, directories… one can only hope that this is as easy as Bing claims it to be and that it gets done in such a stylish manner as in this Bing video:
