New App from Das Telefonbuch Makes Mobile Into Navigation Device

Just in time for the summer holidays, Das Telefonbuch has updated its mobile application for the iPhone and iPad in cooperation with Map and Route. Users can now use their smartphones as a navigation device within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland in addition to the route function.
Whoever gets the newest 3.10 version from the App Store for their iPhone can use the free navigation, but only without a time-limit in the case that the user also downloads the V-Navi-App from Map and Route from the Telefonbuch application. This is also available in the App Store, but currently only offers a free trial for 30 days.
All of the previous functions on the mobile Telefonbuch app are retained in the newest version – like the search for business and private telephone, mobile, or fax numbers, or the vicinity search.
