Foursquare: Restaurants Now With Menus
The location-based check in service Foursquare recently expanded its “Explore” feature to its web-based version, providing users with personalized recommendations for bars, museums, or other locations. Now users can also look at the menu of about 250,000 restaurants in the largest cities of the US. The data is provided by the startup SinglePlatform, according to the company blog.
The menus will be available for the desktop feature Explore, on foursquare.com, and on m.foursquare.com, and app integration is on the way. In addition to the various meals served at restaurants, some also display prices.

With the desktop application click.to, users can conduct a local search with suchen.de directly from documents, short messages from Twitter, Facebook & Co., emails, and other desktop applications.
