Twitter Places: Memos with Location
Twitter posted recently about the new feature in their blog “Twitter Places”: with the new feature, users can post their mini-messages with their current location. Goodbye Twitter, Hello Foursquare!
Not even two weeks ago, the experts were shocked that Foursquare has way more than half a million users. Now, the check-in community has beat 700,000. The number of check-ins is over 20 million. Blogger Ben Parr from Mashable said: “Our expectations of Foursquare becoming the Twitter of 2010 could become reality.”
